she was last seen wearing a white leather jacket and black pants. >> parents and two east bay school districts are warned what kids wear to school. thieves are targeting teens and their foot wear. this is the latest shooting involving two students from albany high school. >> it happened behind fairmont elementary school, two teen suspects confronted the albany students across a bicycle path. we were over the scene. >> a guy started to take the shoes. >> the suspects wanted a nike shoe and he would not give them up they shot him twice. >> it is crazy. i cannot believe it happened. he is not the type of person you expect to get in trouble. >> a bullet grazed another boy in the phase. a memo went to parents

cautioning of the clothes their kids could wear. >> when students are out and about outside of school, remember we are in an urban environment and that is hard to remember in albany. >> early this weekend four teen boys between 13 and 16 were shot over their shoes. the police say on monday a car load of three to four males confronted the boys near the high school and reportedly told them their shoes were gangbanger shoes, and a few minutes later they opened fire on the teens. >> so far, no one has been arrested in either of the cases. >> developing news from the east bay as we mentioned earlier parents and police are keeping a careful watch around around antioch elementary school after a man tried to lure a boy in the car on thursday afternoon. amy hollyfield is live in

antioch. amy, the parents have to be on edge. >> it would be very nerve wracking to hear this happened at your school. the principal is asking parents to have stranger danger talk with their kids. they will do that at school. the principal sent home a letter telling parents yesterday a man approached a little boy and told him his family had sent him to pick him up. the child told the man, i don't know you and walked away, so he had been advised by his family on how to handle the situation. the would be kidnapper is described as a white man, with gray hair and stub bell and last seen near the park in a light blue 70's type car. folks will keep a close eye out for this man and a car that looks like the 70's car.

degrees warmer than us, as our wet weather will sink to the south. good morning, everyone, live doppler 7 hd show as few sprinkles out there in the east bay valley and although we are toward the peninsula but the big story is very damp and limited visibility this morning if a mile and a half in livermore and two miles in mountain view to one in novato and not bad in oakland and san francisco about five to six, some of the better visibility right there. now, breaking down today, off to a foggy and damp start with drizzle and a white rain here and there but very isolated with temperatures mild, upper 40's to low 50's. as we head to noon there is a chance of a scattered showers and less than yesterday, and the rainfall amounts are less than yesterday. low-to-mid 50 at noon and upper 50's at 4:00 and keep the umbrella handy as a stray shower continues but it will be mild upper 40's to mid-50's. next three days a cold front

gold, have to love it, and now, live doppler 7 hd, you can see the drizzle that is falling from them, very sporadic but keeping the roads slick, and keep that in the back of your mind when you head out the door. also, dress for these temperatures: we have 46 in novato and napa and fairfield and concord 49 and everyone else in the low-to-mid 50's! some areas are 30 degrees warmer than earlier this week. low-to-mid 50's around monterey bay. so, today, it will be damp and foggy this morning, a shower is possible as we head throughout the afternoon hours. it will be cooler this weekend with limited showers. they are still in the forecast but they are limited. it will be warmer and dry next week. now, as far as our players on the weather map this morning, the main area for the wet weather, that is down to the south but we still have the

southern flow and that is why we are on this unstable air mass and why we keep a stray shower in the forecast. then the cold mass bumps in to this and we get the colder air on sunday. overnight, you can see the light rain and drizzle developing. it is sporadic in the afternoon and evening hours. have an umbrella. the cold front is coming through in the morning hours. we will have our best chance of a shower tomorrow. we will have clearing in the afternoon. sunday it will be partly cloudy with a stray shower and rainfall amount is light if we are lucky some areas could get up to half an inch. temperatures today she mainly in the upper 50's to mid-60's, but we will be ten degrees cooler by sunday into monday and we will see a slow warming trend and dry weather for tuesday, wednesday, and thursday. >> at the san mateo bridge, a little bit of haze and mist but

president elect said he will not tolerate north korean provocation but will push for dialogue with pyongyang. the top governing body of the north said they will continue rocket launches. the u.n. imposes sanctions in response to the rocket launch. a furious launch suggested a third nuclear test is coming from pyongyang. >> louisiana governor is criticizing the republican party with sharp words at g.o.p. leaders promise fundamental changes urging republicans yesterday to "stop being stupid party" during the address at the g.o.p. winter meeting in north carolina. he says it is time for republicans to articulate plans and vision for america in real terms and stop using bizarre comments. jindal is considered to be a potential presidential candidate in 2016. >> the warnings are over coming up why you have to be extra careful about feeding the meter in san francisco on sunday.

>> this sunday the city of san francisco will give tickets to drivers with expired meters. a few weeks ago the city went from offering free parking on sunday to charging in metered spots until 6:00 p.m. drivers received a warning the first few weeks but starting sunday they get a ticket from $72 downtown to $62 in other parts of the city. city hers say the policy will benefit drivers who have a better chance of getting a space. >> this morning, workers are testing out a light display on the western side of the bay bridge which spark cold last night with test runs of the bay lights project. it features 25,000 l.e.d. bulbs

with a look at the toll plaza everything is flowing nice, a few headlights headed westbound with no delays moving westbound into san francisco. we have a nice look at at berkeley with trafficking moving nicely into emeryville and no problem into the macarthur maze. northbound 101 by the village, there is a problem in the two right lanes and eastbound dumbarton two lanes are closed because of road work until 6:00 this morning. eric in. >> thank you very much. san francisco police are looking for two men who robbed two family-run pharmacies at gunpoint. this is surveillance video of one of the robberies, the men enter the pharmacy, jump behind the counter and point a gun at the employees. then the men walk in the pharmacy, draw guns, and it is believed they are after a painkiller that produce as heroin-like effect taking place
